Workshop Series with the Art of Parenting!
Helping Parents Address Meltdowns (of children 5 and under)
In this two-part workshop we will:
Define meltdowns and address parents' feelings about them.
Discuss avoiding meltdowns with preventive techniques.
Recognize triggers: at home, with siblings, outside, with peers.
Name and successfully use resources to prevent and diffuse meltdowns.
